Differential privacy applied at extraction. Researchers see aggregated answers, not individual records. Even we can't see the join.

We do not sell raw data. We do not sell aggregated data without explicit per-study patient consent. There is no broker layer between researcher and consenting participant.

The research marketplace does not modify your clinical record. Joining a study does not chart anything. Your provider does not see your study participation.

Some patients will never join a research study. That's the point. The marketplace exists for those who choose. The opt-in is the contract.
